UbiQuiti

Wat is het merk Ubiquiti en waarvoor worden zijn netwerkproducten gebruikt?

Ubiquiti is een fabrikant van software-beheerde IP-netwerkinfrastructuur. De producten worden gebruikt voor het leveren, beveiligen en bewaken van digitale communicatienetwerken in commerciële en institutionele omgevingen. Het ecosysteem combineert netwerkhardware, beveiligingsoplossingen en beheersoftware in één geïntegreerd platform.

Een Ubiquiti-product is een actief netwerkapparaat (bijv. access point, router, switch of videobewakingssysteem) dat datapakketten verwerkt en verdeelt binnen een lokaal netwerk (LAN), via radio (WLAN) of via wide area-verbindingen (WAN).
