Dynamischer Cache
Der dynamische Cachealgorithmus von WD optimiert die Cachezuordnung zwischen Lese- und Schreibvorgängen und steigert damit die Leistung in Echtzeit. Gibt es beispielsweise einen weit überwiegenden Anteil an Lesevorgängen gegenüber Schreibvorgängen, weist das Laufwerk den Lesedaten automatisch mehr Cachekapazität zu. Das verringert den Datenstau und verbessert die Gesamtleistung des Laufwerks.
