Condition: Refurbished
Refurbished refers to used products that are professionally inspected, cleaned and, where necessary, repaired by our technicians. Relevant components are tested and defective parts are replaced when required. The aim is to ensure reliable operation of the hardware for continued use.
Refurbished hardware offers an attractive, cost-effective way to continue using existing IT products and extend their useful life. Our refurbished products come with a 3-year warranty.
Condition: Factory renewed
Factory Renewed products are inspected and refurbished directly by the manufacturer or as part of a manufacturer-operated refurbishment programme. Components are tested and worn or defective parts are replaced where necessary. Depending on the manufacturer and product, batteries may also be tested and, if required, replaced with suitable replacement batteries.
This gives you professionally refurbished hardware at an attractive price. The applicable warranty conditions depend on the manufacturer and product.
Condition: New
New IT products have not yet been put into operation and are supplied in the intended manufacturer or retail packaging. Depending on the product, they come directly from the manufacturer, distributor or authorised sales partner.
New products are particularly suitable for companies that prefer current product generations, full manufacturer warranty and long-term deployment planning. Please refer to the respective product for the applicable warranty and delivery terms.
