Who We Are
IT-Planet has been around since 2018 – started with a clear idea: deliver IT hardware that truly fits, at prices that make sense, with people behind it you can actually reach.
Today we supply customers in Germany and internationally from Magdeburg. Our range includes network technology, servers, storage, IT security and monitoring – both new and refurbished hardware from well-known manufacturers.
What sets us apart from a typical online shop: every customer has a dedicated contact person. No ticket pool, no anonymous hotline – but someone who knows your requirements and thinks along with you.
Our customers come from companies of all sizes, system houses, educational institutions and public facilities. What they have in common: they want IT that works – without unnecessary effort.

What We Do
We deal in IT hardware for professional use – network technology, servers, storage, security and accessories from over 70 manufacturers. New, refurbished or even end-of-life: if something is needed and can no longer be found everywhere, that is exactly our area.
Our range is continuously growing – through reliable suppliers, a well-connected purchasing team and direct manufacturer relationships. This allows us to handle short-notice requests and larger project volumes.
Who We Work For
Our customers are IT managers who need a quick solution. Purchasers who need to keep budgets in check. System houses procuring for their own clients. And public institutions that rely on dependable suppliers.
The requests are as diverse as the customers themselves – from a single switch to a complete server infrastructure. We handle both equally well: quickly, transparently and without detours.
What We Stand For
We don't believe every IT problem needs a brand-new solution. Refurbished hardware meets the same requirements as new equipment in many cases – at a significantly lower price and with less resource consumption. This is not a compromise, but a conscious decision.
We provide at least 2 years warranty on all new products, and even 3 years on refurbished hardware. If preferred, you can also lease or purchase on account – whichever suits best.
And when a project grows or requirements become more complex: we are happy to support it. Not as a supplier who sends an invoice and disappears – but as a partner who thinks ahead for the long term.
