We ship nationally and internationally with UPS. Whether express or standard. UPS delivers your purchase quickly and reliably. If you have any questions about shipping costs or a specific delivery request, please send us an e-mail to info@it-planet.com.

1. Shipping within Germany

We do not charge shipping costs for shipping within Germany.

We charge a cash on delivery surcharge of 15 euros for cash on delivery shipments. In addition, the transport company commissioned by us charges a delivery fee of 10 euros for cash on delivery shipments.

2. Shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Purchase on account

Only possible if a business relationship with at least 2 successful purchases already exists. Available for authorities and public organisations from the first purchase. Payment on account is not possible for private customers. If one of the criteria is not met, you will receive a prepayment invoice.

Simple, fast and secure payment: in the secure online banking of your bank or savings bank participating in giropay
