Die Geräte können bei Bedarf mit bis zu 10 zusätzlichen Batteriemodulen für Überbrückungszeiten von mehr als 24 Stunden konfiguriert werden. Zu den typischen Systemen, die eine längere Überbrückungszeit benötigen, zählen unternehmenskritische Anwendungsserver und Speichersysteme, IP- und PBX-basierte Sprachnetzwerke sowie Switches und Hubs in Unternehmenswerken. Die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Managementsoftware PowerChute® bietet IT-Administratoren die Gewissheit, dass die angeschlossenen Systeme ordnungsgemäß heruntergefahren werden, und stellt erweiterte USV-Verwaltungsfunktionen bereit. Zusätzliche Managementfunktionen können über den SmartSlot integriert werden.
