DES-1005P/E | Mit dem PoE Fast Ethernet Desktop Switch DES-1005P können Unternehmen kosteneffizient von der Power over Ethernet (PoE)-Technologie profitieren. Geräte wie drahtlose Access Points, Netzwerkkameras oder IP-Telefone können direkt über das Netzwerkkabel mit Strom versorgt werden. Zudem können Sie mithilfe des Switch zusätzliche Ethernet- Geräte wie Computer, Drucker und Netzwerkspeichersysteme (NAS) zu Ihrem Netzwerk hinzufügen. Der DES-1005P ist mit einem PoE-Port ausgestattet und spart dank der Green Ethernet-Technologie von D-Link Energie, wenn er nicht genutzt wird. Das lüfterlose Design sorgt für einen geräuschlosen Betrieb, was das Gerät zur idealen Lösung für Büroumgebungen, Bibliotheken oder Meetingräume macht.

Plug-&-Play-PoE.
Der erste Port des DES-1005P unterstützt den PoE-Standard IEEE 802.3af. Dieser Port ermöglicht eine Stromversorgung über PoE mit bis zu 15,4 Watt. Die benötigte Leistung wird automatisch erkannt, so dass keine Konfiguration erforderlich ist. Deshalb ist der DES-1005P insbesondere für Anwendungen geeignet, die über eine begrenzte Anzahl von Steckdosen verfügen oder den durch zusätzliche Anschlüsse entstehenden Aufwand minimieren möchten.

QoS (Quality of Service).
Der DES-1005P priorisiert den Netzwerkdatenverkehr, so dass zeitkritische Daten selbst bei Spitzenlastzeiten effizient ausgeliefert werden. Auf diese Weise können Multimedia- Inhalte und VoIP-Anrufe bei optimaler Leistung gestreamt werden.

Automatische MDI/MDIX-Erkennung.
Sämtliche Ports des DES-1005P unterstützen die automatische MDI/MDIX-Erkennung, so dass keine gekreuzten Kabel und Uplink-Ports mehr benötigt werden. Jeder Port kann über ein normales, ungekreuztes Twisted-Pair- Ethernet-Kabel direkt mit einem Server, Hub, Router oder Switch verbunden werden.

Energiesparende Technologie.
Der PoE Fast Ethernet Desktop Switch DES-1005P mit 5 Anschlüssen verwendet die umweltschonende D-Link Green-Technologie. Somit wird Energie gespart, der Stromverbrauch reduziert und eine längere Produktlebensdauer ohne Performance-Einbußen oder Einschränkungen in der Funktionalität erzielt. Der Switch ist dank Funktionen wie der automatischen Erkennung von Verbindungsstatus und Kabellänge äußerst energieeffizient. Die Verbindungsstatus-Funktion deaktiviert automatisch Ports ohne Verbindung, wodurch beträchtliche Strommengen eingespart werden, da ungenutzte Ports und solche, die mit ausgeschalteten Computern verbunden sind, keine Energie verbrauchen. Zudem kann die Kabellänge angeschlossener Geräte erkannt werden und der Stromverbrauch dementsprechend angepasst werden, wodurch Sie Energie sparen, ohne die Netzwerk-Performance zu beeinträchtigen. Das lüfterlose Design verlängert die Lebensdauer des Switch und sorgt für einen geräuschlosen Betrieb.
Das Netzteil des DES-1005P verfügt über Energy Star Level V und gewährleistet eine effiziente Stromumwandlung sowie eine verlängerte Produktlebensdauer. Die Green EthernetTM-Technologie von D-Link erkennt die Länge von angeschlossenen Netzwerkkabeln und versorgt den DES- 1005P mit der erforderlichen Stromstärke, um Energie zu sparen und Kosten ohne Performance-Einbußen zu reduzieren.
