Der HPE H221 Hostbusadapter (HBA) ist mit ausgewählten HPE ProLiant Gen8 Rack-Servern und Tower-Servern kompatibel und bietet Kunden genau die Flexibilität und Geschwindigkeit, die sie zu Recht von Hewlett Packard Enterprise erwarten. Er bietet acht externe SAS-Anschlüsse (zwei externe 4-fach-Anschlüsse), die jetzt HPE SAS-Bandlaufwerke sowie SAS- und SATA Festplatten (6 Gbit/s) mit einer Leistungsfähigkeit der zweiten Generation unterstützen. Der H221 HBA wurde für die Verbindung mit dem HPE P2000 G3 SAS Modular Smart Array, den Datenträgergehäusen D2000 und D6000 sowie MSA2040 SAS-Speicher optimiert und bietet kostengünstige und zuverlässige Skalierbarkeit für Rechenzentren von heute.
