- Die HPE OfficeConnect 1405 Switch-Serie mit Auto-MDIX führt eine automatische Anpassung für direkt angeschlossene oder Crossover-Kabel an allen 10/100- und 10/100/1000-Anschlüssen durch.
- Die Unterstützung von Jumbopaketen in Gigabit-Ethernet-Anschlüssen bietet nur Framegrößen von bis zu 9.216 Byte zur Verbesserung der Leistung bei der Übertragung großer Datenmengen.
- Auto-Negotiating mit Halb-/Vollduplex an jedem Anschluss verdoppelt den Durchsatz der einzelnen Anschlüsse.

- Die HPE OfficeConnect 1405 Switch-Serie bietet IEEE 802.1p-Priorisierung und sorgt dafür, dass Daten nach Priorität und Datenverkehrstyp an Geräte gesendet werden.
