Die Virtual Services Platform 7000 ist dank zukunftssicherem, medienabhängigem Adapter-Slot und High-Speed-Fabric-Interconnect-Sockets besonders vielseitig. Die Plattform weist eine stabile Architektur aus dualen hotswap-fähigen Wechsel- oder Gleichstromquellen und Lufteinschüben auf. Diese Komponenten tragen dazu bei, dass der Switch das Netzwerk stets zuverlässig und leistungsstark bereitstellen kann.
Die Virtual Services Platform 7000 ist auf den Schutz ihrer bisherigen Investitionen in Ihr Netzwerk ausgelegt. Es verfügt über eine flexible Architektur, die sich problemlos erweitern lässt, und enthält u. a. Uplink-Verbindungen, für deren Upgrade kein Austausch der Basiseinheit erforderlich ist.
Diese Top-of-Rack-Switch verfügt über 24 feste 1/10GbE-Ports. Für steckbare Transceiver stehen SFP+-Sockets zur Verfügung. Ein medienabhängiger Adapter-Slot gibt dem Produkt enorme Flexibilität für künftige Erweiterungen.
