Dadurch kann am Endgerät das Netzteil eingespart werden und die Installation auch an Stellen stattfinden, an denen keine Steckdose vorhanden ist. Hierbei ergibt sich ein erhebliches Einsparungspotential für Installations- und Betriebskosten.\n\nDie ALLNET LT PoE Produkte unterstützen den IEEE802.3af Standard mit einer Leistung von 15,4 Watt, den IEEE802.3at High Power Standard mit 30 Watt und den LT PoE Standard mit 90 Watt Leistung.\n\nAktive PoE Endgeräte werden automatisch von der ALLNET Produktserie erkannt und dementsprechend individuell nach Leistungsbedarf versorgt.\n\nDurch die Kombination von Switch/Injector, Repeater und Splitter sind Entfernung von über 500m möglich. Dabei können am Ende der Strecke noch Endgeräte, die nicht PoE fähig sind, mit bis zu 25V Strom versorgt werden. Hier erspart der ALL048900V2 die teure Anschaffung eines PoE-Switches.\n\nDer ALLNET ALL048900V2 unterstützt den IEEE802.3af Standard mit einer Leistung von 15,4 Watt, den IEEE802.3at High Power Standard mit 30 Watt und den IEEE802.3at++ mit 90 Watt Leistung.\n\nDer ALL048900V2 muss nicht konfiguriert werden. Es besitzt eine RJ45-Eingangsbuchse und eine RJ-45 Ausgangsbuchse, über diese Switch und Endgerät mit dem PoE-Injektor verbunden werden. Die Kabellänge kann hier, wie im Ethernet üblich, bis zu 100 Metern zwischen Switch und Endgerät in Summe betragen.\n\nDurch die kompakte Bauform und dem Metallgehäuse kann der ALL048900V2 sehr unauffällig installiert werden und ist äußerst robust.
