CyberPower PDU24005 das Gerät versorgt mehrere angeschlossene Geräte in IT-Umgebungen mit Strom aus einer USV-Anlage, einem Generator oder dem öffentlichen Stromnetz. Zwei Stromkabel können an separate Stromquellen angeschlossen werden, um Redundanz für angeschlossene Geräte mit nur einer Versorgung zu schaffen. Wenn die ausgewählte Stromquelle die gewünschten Schwellenwerte überschreitet oder ausfällt, schaltet die ATS-PDU automatisch auf die andere Stromquelle um (Zeit für die Erkennung von Stromquellenausfällen: 2-3 ms. Zeit für den Wechsel der Stromquelle: 2-7 ms), um einen kontinuierlichen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Hot-Swap-fähige Multifunktionsanzeige, die Echtzeitdaten wie Strom, Eingangsspannung und Leistungsaufnahme in Ampere und Watt anzeigt. Das digitale LCD-Display ist außerdem farblich konfigurierbar und ermöglicht eine einfache Wartung und Überwachung der ATS-PDU. Benutzer können die Farben des LCD-Displays ändern, um Geräte in Serverräumen und IT-Umgebungen einfach zu kategorisieren. Die Firmware kann auch bequem über den USB-Anschluss aktualisiert werden, so dass die neuesten Funktionen und Updates für die Benutzer verfügbar sind. Das Produkt unterstützt die Möglichkeit der Kommunikation über den seriellen Anschlussund per Kommandozeileneingabe zur Anzeige von Informationen und zur Konfiguration von Geräteeinstellungen der ATS PDU.
