DES-1008D/E | Dieser kompakte Switch ist speziell für den SoHo-Bereich ausgelegt. Er bietet 8 10/100Mbit-Anschlüsse für Arbeitsplatzrechner. Hubs können ebenfalls an diesen angeschlossen werden. Alle Anschlüsse erkennen automatisch die Übertragungsrate (10Mbit oder 100Mbit) der angeschlossenen Rechner bzw. Hubs. Die Anschlüsse unterscheiden auch automatisch zwischen Full- und Half-Duplex-Betrieb und unterstützen Flow-Control.

Entscheiden Sie sich jetzt für den Einsatz eines Switch und damit für eine Technologie, die auch in Zukunft Ihre Investition sichern wird. Denn ein Switch verfügt durch seine Full-Duplex-Funktion über eine doppelt so hohe Datendurchsatzrate im Vergleich zu einem Hub. Diese Performance kann von keinem Hub erreicht werden.

Flow-Control gemäß IEEE 802.3x ermöglicht eine direkte Verbindung zwischen Server und Switch für schnelle und zuverlässige Datenübertragung.
