Verbinden Sie den DES-105/108 mit mehreren Computern, um Dateien und Ordner für andere Nutzer freizugeben, oder verbinden Sie ihn mit einem Router, um die Internetverbindung gemeinsam zu nutzen.\n\n10/100 MBIT/S PORTS MIT AUTOSENSING\nDer 5/8-Port-10/100-Mbit/s-Switch DES-105/DES-108 nutzt 10/100-Mbit/s-Ports mit automatischer Geschwindigkeitserkennung (Autosensing). Dadurch erhalten kleine Arbeitsgruppen die Möglichkeit, Ethernet- und Fast-Ethernet-Geräte flexibel miteinander zu verbinden, um ein integriertes Netzwerk zu errichten. Die Ports erkennen die Netzwerkgeschwindigkeit und führen automatisch die Aushandlung zwischen 10BASE-T und 100BASE-TX sowie zwischen Full- und Half-Duplex durch. Dadurch ist bei jedem Gerät, das mit dem Netzwerk verbunden wird, die optimale Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit sichergestellt.\n\nLAN-PORTS MIT AUTO-MDI/MDIX\n\nSämtliche Ports des DES-105/108 unterstützen automatische MDI/MDIX-Anpassung, so dass keine gekreuzten Kabel und keine Uplink-Ports mehr benötigt werden. Jeder Port kann über ein normales, ungekreuztes Twisted-Pair Ethernet-Kabel direkt mit einem Server, Hub, Router oder Switch verbunden werden.
