Intranet, einen WLAN Access Point und einen 4-Port Switch.\nDie HorstBox eignet sich für den Einsatz in Hybridnetzwerken mit herkömmlichen ISDN-, Analog- sowie IP-Telefonen. Die softwarebasierte TK-Anlage ist dabei kompatibel zu allen gängigen SIP-Providern (Session Initiation Protocol).\n\nUnternehmensweit kostengünstig telefonieren\nIn der Verbindung mit der HorstBox und einem AsteriskTM Server lassen sich mehrere Standorte über das Internet miteinander vernetzen. Gespräche innerhalb dieses Unternehmensnetzwerkes werden wie interne Gespräche behandelt und können so ohne zusätzliche Gebühren geführt werden. Zudem wird durch die Least Cost Routing (LCR) Funktion automatisch die jeweils kostengünstigste Verbindung gewählt.\nDer integrierte WLAN Access Point ermöglicht die drahtlose Anbindung mobiler Endgeräte. Zudem ist die HorstBox mit einem USB- Anschluss ausgestattet, über die sich Drucker oder Festplatten anschließen lassen.\nDie gesamte Lösung kann über die deutschsprachige Benutzeroberfläche Plug&Play einfach und komfortabel installiert, konfiguriert und verwaltet werden.\n\nCall Center Applikationen kostengünstig übertragen\nWird im Rahmen einer auf AsteriskTM basierenden Call Center Lösung an jeder dezentral organisierten Außenstelle eine HorstBox implementiert, so haben alle User Zugriff auf jede Applikation der Call Center Lösung.\nAnrufe gehen beispielsweise über eine 0180-Nummer in die Call Center Applikation ein, werden über eine DSL-Flatrate in die Außenstelle weiter geleitet und dem Agenten stehen vor Ort die gleichen Anwendungen zur Verfügung wie in der Zentrale des Call Centers. Das Telefonieren erfolgt kostengünstig über VoIP.
