Mit LTO-5, LTO-4 oder LTO-3 Ultrium-Bandlaufwerken bieten die MSL Bibliotheken eine breite Auswahl an Speicherkapazitäten. Durch die webbasierte Fernverwaltung können die MSL Bibliotheken auf einfache Weise von der anderen Seite des Flures oder der Erde aus verwaltet werden - so erübrigen sich IT-Mitarbeiter in fernen Zweigstellen. Mit dem standardmäßigen Strichcodeleser, den konfigurierbaren Mail-Slots und mehreren auswechselbaren Magazinen mit 12 Einschüben ist die Verwaltung der Bandmedien in und außerhalb der Bibliothek sehr einfach. Mit der bibliotheksbasierten Verschlüsselungsoption können Sie wichtige Geschäftsdaten auch dann vor unberechtigtem Zugriff schützen, wenn ein Band verloren geht oder gestohlen wird. Mit MSL Zubehör-Kits sind Bibliotheksinvestitionen und der unvorhersehbare Anstieg des Datenvolumens kein Problem. Mit werkzeugfreien Laufwerk-Upgrades, Kapazitäts-Upgrades für Einschublizenzen oder einer Erweiterung der Bibliothek können Sie schnell die Kapazität und/oder Leistung erhöhen.
