Die HP 2620 Switch-Serie besteht aus fünf Switches mit 10/100-Konnektivität. Der HP 2620-24 Switch garantiert als lüfterloser Switch einen leisen Betrieb und eignet sich daher ideal für offene Räume. Der HP 2620-24-PPoE+ Switch, der HP 2620-24-PoE+ Switch und der HP 2620-48-PoE+ Switch sind mit IEEE 802.3af und IEEE 802.3at konform und stellen bis zu 30 W pro Anschluss bereit. Der HP 2620-48 Switch hat Lüfter mit variabler Drehzahl für einen geräuscharmen Betrieb. Alle Switches der 2620 Serie sind mit zwei 10/100/1000BASE-T Anschlüssen und zwei SFP-Steckplätzen für Gigabit-Ethernet-Uplink-Konnektivität ausgestattet. Außerdem ist ein optionales, redundantes externes Netzteil verfügbar, um für Redundanz bei etwaigem Netzteilausfall zu sorgen.
