Die Geräte der HP 1910 Switch-Serie sind Advanced Smart Managed Gigabit- und Fast Ethernet-Switches mit fester Konfiguration und eignen sich ideal für kleine Unternehmen, die Wert auf eine verwaltungsfreundliche Lösung legen. Die Serie umfasst 8 Gigabit-Modelle und 5 Fast Ethernet Modelle. Die Gigabit-Modelle sind: 10/100/1000 PoE-unabhängige Modelle mit 8, 16, 24 und 48 Anschlüssen, und jeweils zwei 10/100/1000 PoE-Modelle mit 8 und 24 Anschlüssen. Die Gigabit-Modelle bieten zusätzlich echte Gigabit SFP-Anschlüsse für Verbindungen über Glasfaserkabel. Folgende Fast Ethernet-Modelle sind verfügbar: 8-, 24- und 48-10/100-Nicht-PoE-Modelle sowie 8- und 24-10/100-PoE+-Modelle. Die Fast Ethernet-Modelle umfassen 2 zusätzliche Combo-Uplink-Anschlüsse. Alle HP 1910 Modelle können im Rack eingebaut oder auf einem Schreibtisch platziert werden. Die anpassbaren Funktionen umfassen grundlegende Layer-2-Funktionen wie VLANs und Link Aggregation sowie erweiterte Funktionen wie das statische Layer-3-Routing, IPv6, ACLs und Spanning Tree Protocols. Die HP 1910 Switches werden mit einer lebenslangen Garantie ausgeliefert, die Einheit, Lüfter und Netzteile umfasst.
