Product Description

The HPE Aruba 2530 Switch Series is specifically designed for use at the enterprise edge, in branch offices, and in small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It combines security, stability, and ease of use in a compact design. The series is available in versions with 8, 24, or 48 ports and supports both Gigabit and Fast Ethernet connections.

Thanks to various management interfaces – including a web GUI, CLI (Command Line Interface), and SNMP – the switches are easy to manage via console or micro-USB ports. The intuitive deployment allows for a seamless wired and wireless user experience. For centralized control, proven tools such as Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager, Aruba AirWave, and the cloud-based Aruba Central are available.

The series supports flexible authentication methods such as local MAC verification, 802.1X, MAC-based, and web-based authentication – ideal for policy-driven network security.
