Hardwareverschlüsselung

Bei wachsendem Datenvolumen ist die My Passport SSD die optimale Erweiterung des begrenzten internen Speichers. Sie können in der Software WD Security ein Passwort einrichten, um Ihre Inhalte mit der integrierten 256-Bit AES-Hardwareverschlüsselung zu schützen.

Spitzentechnologie

Die für Mac und PC entwickelte My Passport SSD passt an klassische USB-Buchsen vom Typ-A und die neuen Anschlüsse vom USB Typ-C. Mit USB Typ-C sind Datenübertragungsraten von bis zu 515 MB/s möglich. Die SSD ist außerdem USB 3.1 Gen 2-fähig und mit USB 3.0, 2.0 und USB Typ-A kompatibel.
