Datalogic PowerScan 9600 series: Maximum performance for the highest demands

The Datalogic PowerScan 9600 series is ideal for demanding areas of application, whether in manufacturing, logistics or retail. The series includes robust and resistant devices (protection class IP65 and IP67) that can withstand drops from up to 2.5 metres without damage. The service life is particularly long, with over 10 million actuations. The special feature of the 9600 series is the wireless cradle station, which works without conventional charging contacts and therefore protects against failure due to dirt or corrosion. This not only minimises downtimes, but also optimises charging cycles thanks to intelligent battery technology.

The devices support numerous industrial interfaces such as RS-232, USB, USB-C, Ethernet or Profinet, which enables direct connection to PCs, tablets or PLC systems. Depending on the application, different model variants are available: from Standard Range (1D and 2D code at close range) to High Performance with dual camera and Document Capture for capturing colour images. The Good Read Spot ensures convenient operation and reliable scan feedback, even with damaged codes. The PowerScan 9600 therefore combines high robustness with flexible connectivity and intelligent functions.
