The Allied Telesis IE340 series is specifically designed for industrial environments where reliability and performance are essential. It offers Gigabit and 10 Gigabit ports, PoE+ with up to 30 W per port, and a rugged metal housing that operates reliably even under extreme conditions such as dust, vibration, or high temperatures. With its fanless design and compact housing, the series is ideal for use in control cabinets or outdoors. Redundant power supply and Layer 3 functions ensure stable, fail-safe network operation. EPSRing™ and ITU-T G.8032 ensure that networks are quickly restored even in the event of faults, which is ideal for manufacturing, transport or energy supply.

Advanced features and centralised management

The IE340 series offers comprehensive security and management features, including VLANs, 802.1X, MAC/IP filtering, SSL and SSH. The AlliedWare Plus™ operating system supports Layer 3 routing, while Active Fibre Monitoring™ secures fibre connections. The AMF Plus framework allows the network to be centrally controlled and automated. Additional features such as upstream forwarding only, precise time synchronisation, alarm inputs and outputs, and dynamic PoE distribution make the IE340 series a powerful, secure and reliable solution.
