Eaton IPM: Monitoring and Management of Your Devices
Eaton Intelligent Power Manager (IPM) is designed for the centralized monitoring and management of IT power infrastructure devices in physical and virtual environments. The software helps companies detect critical events such as power outages or disruptions to the power infrastructure at an early stage and initiate automated measures to protect connected IT systems. IPM enables supported UPS systems, PDUs and other network-connected devices to be centrally monitored and managed. Alerting and automation functions help support system availability and reduce the risk of data loss and unplanned downtime.
Eaton is continuing the previous IPM product portfolio with Brightlayer Distributed – Lite as part of its current Brightlayer platform. DIT-Lite is designed for distributed IT environments with up to 50 devices and is particularly relevant for new projects as well as the future expansion of existing infrastructures.
