Cisco Aironet 1560 Access Points

The Cisco Aironet 1560 Access Points are a series of access points for setting up WLAN networks outdoors. They are optionally coupled with antennas. The Cisco Aironet 1560 access points are available with an internal antenna, with an omnidirectional antenna and also with a directional antenna. In this way, the access points adapt to the environment and allow the targeted establishment of a wireless network.

These access points support Wi-Fi 6 in accordance with the 802.11ac Wave 2 standard. They provide 3x3 or 2x2 multi-user MIMO and thus enable a maximum WLAN speed of 1.3 Gbit/s. The RJ-45 connection is used for integration into the network. Integration into the network takes place via the RJ-45 connection. The Cisco Aironet 1560 access points enable wired speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps.

The power supply of the Cisco Aironet 1560 access points is possible via the network thanks to Power over Ethernet. These access points support Cisco UPoE+ and UPoE as well as PoE and PoE+. In this way, connection without a power supply unit is possible in outdoor areas.
